Best suited for team offsites, small group meetings, and brainstorming sessions, this room supports 12 people with comfortable seating, a TV, and whiteboards.
Total capacity: 24 people
First Floor Assembly Room
Half Day: $800
Full Day: $1600
Add the Better Blend Café (available from 5–8 PM for $1,200) to the First Floor Assembly Room rental for access to both spaces. This combination is ideal for a classroom-style presentation followed by a cocktail reception in the Café.

Riedlin Lagoon Park Media Room
Half Day: $800
Full Day: $1600
A great choice for workshops, hybrid meetings, and training sessions, offering seating for 49 guests. Features include hybrid meeting A/V (Zoom, clicker, mics), three TVs, a sound system, and a table-and-chairs setup.
Covington Industrial Club Board Room

With its Art Deco-inspired design, the Boardroom offers a striking setting for meetings that make a lasting impression. Featuring a 16-foot conference table and comfortable lounge seating, the space is designed for seamless transitions from formal presentations to relaxed conversations.
Ideal for executive sessions, investor and board meetings, peer forums, and formal presentations.

Large Conference Rooms

SparkHaus offers two large conference rooms designed for productivity and collaboration.
Choose between The Shinkle Lounge, a creative, lounge-style space for up to 10 people, or The Corporex Room, a more formal setup that seats up to 16. Both are perfect for team gatherings, client meetings, off-sites, interviews, brainstorms, and presentations.
Medium Conference Rooms
$50 / Hour
SparkHaus offers three versatile medium conference rooms. The Foundry Room is ideal for client meetings, small team gatherings, and one-on-ones, with optional video conferencing, accommodating up to 12 people. The Showroom Lounge is a creative space designed for team meetings and brainstorming sessions, with a capacity of 6. The Spirit of Progress Room combines versatility and comfort, perfect for client meetings and executive sessions, with optional video conferencing, also accommodating up to 12 people.
Curtis School Classroom
$50 / Hour
Named in honor of the historic Curtis Commercial College, which occupied the building in the 1930s, this classroom is purpose-built for learning and growth. With seating for up to 24 people, The Curtis is ideal for educational classes, hands-on workshops, and engaging presentations.
Made It Studio powered by DBL Law
$50 / Hour
The Content Creation Studio is designed for small team gatherings, interviews, and one-on-one conversations. Perfect for podcasting and streaming video, it features professional lighting, a green screen, high-quality video and microphones, and a whiteboard for enhanced collaboration.
